This morning, after taking Dallin to school, Brennan and I sat on the crumb covered kitchen floor, in the sunshine and read "WHO POOPED IN THE PARK". Its a great book about Yellowstone National Park and all the animals who live there. We bought it this summer on one of our trips there. The book tells how you can tell the difference between the poop and the tracks. We had a lot of fun, laying in the sunshine, reading about poop.

By far, one of the funniest and cutest posts I've read lately. That is such a mother/son thing to do!! My girls would have seen that book in the store and said "eewwww mom, look at this!" hahaha.... Thanks for sharing that! Got a good giggle out of it. : D
I went on a tracking field trip with an experienced tracker along the Snoqualmie river and we took apart scat to figure out what animal had taken a dump. Lovely way to spend the day! LOL
Actually, it was amazing how this guy could tell from the bend in a blade of grass and whether or not it still had dew on it what animal had walked through and whether it was recent or not.
