Super Angie...being Super Angie...
I'm a mom.
I rock climb.
I ice climb.
I figure skate.
I speed skate.
I'm a wife.
I enter competitions.
I win medals and awards.
I take pictures of myself.
I home school my kids.
I go to church.
I'm a daughter.
I'm a cub scout Den mother.
I hike.
I bike.
I have successes and failures.
I dance.
I'm a sister.
I sing.
I cry.
I giggle.
I act.
I serve others.
I donate to charity.
I'm a friend and buddy.
I give others the good parking spot.
I climb big mountains
I travel the globe.
I speak another language.
I'm 34 yrs old.
I'm happy.
Why is it so bad to follow my dreams, even dangerous dreams? I believe in God. I believe that my family can be eternal. I believe that HE is in charge and if HE wants me to die right now, it will happen--whether I'm doing a dangerous sport or not. If he wants me to die, this lap top could just explode in my lap and kill me, right? So, should I stop using a computer? Should I stop driving? Should I stop skating? NO!
Just because I'm a mom,, doesn't mean I have to stop living my life. Just because I'm a mom, doesn't mean I have to sit back. Just because I'm a mom, doesn't mean I can't be an inspiration to my kids and others by doing the things I enjoy.
Being Super Angie is about living life. Being Super Angie is about doing things that I want to do...even if I'm too old, or too young, or not tall enough, or not skinny enough to do them. Being Super Angie is about loving my kids enough to show them that if I can do it as a 34 yr old mom, THEY can do ANYTHING and BE ANYTHING they want to. Its about overcoming fears, and facing new horizons. There are no fences. There are only beautiful pastures...and I'm setting off to go play in those pastures, not content to just sit and look at them through my window.
I'm Super Angie...and I believe anyone can become super.

you look fantastic Ang!! You are the cutest! Love ya girlie! :)
You are the perfect inspiration for those who strive to escape the boredom of everyday life. An inspiration goes and does what no one else can or will.
Amen to that Rick! She inspires me too!
