Well, I had been saving a gingerbread house in the pantry for a rainy day--and May 1st didn't disapoint--rain, sun, snow. Oh yeah! So, while Rick and I hiked, the kids had fun with Miranda. Prompty after taking this picture, they dove right in and ate it right up. Well, they didn't eat it all on May 1st...they ate some for breakfast the next day!
