We enjoyed a sunny day at the pool while the helicopter dropped water on the fire. We also took a few walks over to the fire zone and watched the hot shots do their job. It was very smokey in the morning and I actually thought we would leave town and go on a little trip. My asthma and allergies were really horrible. But we stuck around and had a lot of fun.
