Yesterday Brennan celebrated UGLY day at preschool. The kids are encouraged to come dressed up miss-match clothes. They make an UGLY BUG puppet and just have a crazy day. He had so much fun picking his "ugly" clothes and posing for these pics. Tanith had to get in on the action and posed as well.

I'll tell you more about the mad science party once I recover from it. We chose the basic package which includes all sorts of science experiments, making slime with each kids keeping their own sample. We also chose the extra option of having dry ice experiments. When we did this for Eric's 8th, we included the extra option for bottle rockets and fireworks (the neighbor across the street complained we were going to set his roof on fire and was going to call the police. Silly old grump! I was never so glad as when he moved and the hot piano teacher moved in! He is a bigger kid than my own and does not mind our occasional birthday party craziness!)
