Well this sucks.
I'm allergic to Wheat. I should also avoid caramel, flour, barley and malt. I had no ideas that these things were related to my asthma as well.
Hmmm...what to eat...

I can tell you from my experience with dairy that you feel much better when you do not eat the stuff that makes your body react, but in the same token, your body seems to have weaird cravings from time to time for the stuff either way. Good luck eliminating the trigger foods from your diet. I'm there with ya in the struggle!
