Today was a fantastic day. I felt pretty good health wise. I did my best to ignore my hurt knee. I loved how I looked in my dresses. And I'm mostly happy watching the videos of the two skates I did. I like my sit and scratch spins. I like the height I get on my jumps. But my arms on my lutz and flip/loop are crazy and embarrassing. On my compulsories, my arms on both my jumps were good. So now I need to figure out what happened in my freestyle. Those dang arms....
But over all, it was a great day and now I'm having a hard time falling asleep. Tomorrow its Apologize and Gaga. :)
