Super Angie...small and simple

Had my first lesson of the year with my fantastic coach. It was just what I was wanting--challenging. The thing I really like about taking from Vassili is that he will not let you be a slacker and have bad technique. If this means you have to go back to preschool and re-learn a skill, so be it. And thats what happened today. He even drew the three- turn on the ice with a pen! GASP!

This dang three turn into the flip. I gotta figure it out because he is right--it ruins a really awesome jump.

I did some great run throughs of all three of my programs and got lots of positive feedback from all the Coffee Club ladies. Very very kind. I got a new beginning for Gaga (not the fabric one) and now I need to change the ending. I'm liking it. Its actually challenging for me, where as the old one wasn't at all. Feels good.

While leaving the rink, I ran into Surya Bonaly and asked for a photograph. LOL I look like a dork with my hat on, but oh well. She is such a nice and down to earth lady.

It was a great day of learning and growing in Vegas. Now I'm un-packing and waiting for Rick and Tanith to arrive. I've missed them so much.
