day 2 without Rick...trying to breathe

Take a deep breath and BREATHE....

I'm having a hard day today....

--Super Angie

UPDATE a few hours later...I was able to find which one of our computers my ipod shuffel is synced to and was able to load some new songs onto it. I went downstairs and did my second bike workout for the day and thoroughly enjoyed listening to HOEDOWN THROW DOWN by Mylie Cyrus, and then a hand full of old Brittany Spears songs. :) Dallin came down as well and I taught him how to use one of our treadmills. He did 20 minutes on it. GREAT WORK DALLIN! I'm feeling much more calm now and more incontrol of my emotions. It was a tough afternoon!

ANOTHER UPDATE: Rick just called. He was getting ready to board the tiny plane that would fly his group to the glacier. He said his day has been great. Having fun and learning too. He bought a few things today and had to rent a few items from the guide store--but he said they weren't major or a big deal. I could tell by his voice that he was anxious and excited.

He told me he is praying for me (and asked me to pray for him too). He told me to be a good mom and take good care of the kids and have fun. I am moving forward with that in mind.

Hey you, hang it there okay. Wow, not knowing how long he will be gone would be so dang hard, but you're super so of course you will get through. Very cool for him huh?

And wow, thanks for the card, you are so very sweet and thoughtful. That means a lot!
