I love the feeling of wanting to throw up after a hard workout. Am I strange? I have been going hardcore all week and already I can see and feel a difference in my fat little belly.
So, I know some of my friends have been trying to lose weight in 2008...how is it going? Are you having fun and seeing some success?

PS...last night Brennan had gymnastics again. He had some scary moments again at the beginning, trying to figure out where he was supposed to go, but he got into it once they helped him out. He did the stretches and I was actually quite impressed with how flexible he is. His coaches are very patient and he seems to really enjoy it and have fun. I love seeing his joy.

Matt from the gym would totally get into the "throw up" comment - from back in his heavy-duty uphill trail running days.
i'm working toward running a 5k in oct... as for 'lose weight in 2008' i'm not doing so hot ... but i'm not gaining ;)

Way to go Angie! You are not weird. I love the feeling of wanting to throw up after a workout. I actually miss that! I feel like that today. To bad it's not becuase I worked out. Its a good thing I didn't come today. I think Aspen has a little cold to. Listening to her little cough makes me so sad. But she will be okay!
