Saturday night we went climbing and some guy came up to me and said, "Were you filmed here climbing? Is your name Angie?"
Turns out he had seen my WERCpromo for GTU on youtube. He asked about my weightloss and mentioned that I looked even better then in that video. WOW! A total stranger recognizing me and my weightloss...smurfin amazing!
I met his wife and hope she comes tonight to WERC with JC HUNTER. Can't wait!

Hurray! That is so great. I watched the video and you are look amazing now :) Way to go. I can't believe Brennan climbed a 5.8. Embarrassing for me. JK. Nice job Brennan.
whoop! whoop! Pretty dang amazing! My weight loss has stalled at 224 so far and I am so sick of chicken by now:) I am just plugging along and keeping up the effort, because I know those annoying plateaus are just that, plateaus, but it is frustrating. Congrats on the weight loss. I know how much work and determination (and chicken) it has taken you to get there!
Tilapia is a good way to mix it up without going nuts o the chicken. As is turkey breast, and cod.
