Today was my last climbing practice before Nationals. It went great. Tomorrow is a rest day and I'm getting a massage! Yea! :) I met the head judge and the lead route setter and a few others. Really great people and I'm so excited to climb this weekend! :)

Woohoo! looks like the speed climbs are more like 5.7+ this year, with a few gaps - should be some great dyno action from the pros and sponsored athletes climbing in the speed climbing competition at SCS Nationals at Momentum Climbing in Sandy Utah this year Jan 24 and 25. Try to be there to see it if you can.
